Koç Holding announced its Q2 financial results

Koç Holding's CEO Levent Çakıroğlu, commenting on the company's first-half 2024 financial results, stated, “As Koç Group, we have continued our work with dedication despite the challenging economic conditions experienced globally and in Türkiye during the first half of 2024. Thanks to our long-term, robust business strategies and the efforts of our colleagues, our Group, founded in 1926, is confidently advancing into its second century. We are maintaining a disciplined approach to managing our balance sheets, cash flow, and liquidity, while continuing our investments with unwavering confidence in Türkiye's future.”

“In line with our global growth vision, we are making strategic moves that will prepare our Group for the competition of the next century and enhance our international competitiveness, expanding our geographical footprint,” Çakıroğlu continued, emphasizing that Koç Group operates in 58 countries outside Türkiye with 128 production facilities and marketing companies, 58 languages spoken in its offices, and transactions conducted in 43 different currencies.

In the category of goods exports, Ford Otosan was named 'Export Champion', while Tüpraş came in fourth and Arçelik eighth. Meanwhile, in the Türkiye's Top 500 Industrial Enterprises survey, prepared by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (İSO) and identifying Türkiye's industrial giants, Tüpraş maintained its first-place position, while Ford Otosan came in second and Arçelik seventh.
