Iskenderun Iron and Steel (ISDEMİR), which suspended production until the completion of due detection studies after the Kahramanmaraş earthquakes that deeply affected Turkey, announced at the beginning of March that the damage was not at a level that would significantly affect the company's financial statements.
In İSDEMİR, which completed the damage assessment studies, it was heard that the blast furnace was damaged due to the earthquake and the workforce related to it was disrupted, but despite everything, the works were completed and production started again. However, no official statement has yet been made by İSDEMİR to Kap.
